what is Cycle2LiveAgain?

'Cycle2Live Again' is the name of a delaware’s WeCare fundraising project to support the Burns Foundation.
We organize 3 sportive events in 3 Belgian regions on 3 different dates.

With this fundraising initiative we want to help burn victims (and their families) regain their place in society.

what's the Burns Foundation initiative?

For the second time in a row the Burns Foundation is organizing a bicycle climb on the Mont Ventoux for 15 burn victims in June 2024.
The victims will take the chance to believe again in their capabilities.

delaware’s WeCare ambition

By participating to 3 delaware sportive events and the collected donations, you can sponsor several climbing meters. Each of the 15 burn victims will climb the 26,7 km of the famous Mont Ventoux Climb, resulting in 400 km in total. You can fund 10€ per 200 m. WeCare aims to reach a funding of 20.000 €.

WeCare Cycling Events : practicalities

3 sportive events are organized for all people of delaware and their customer contacts, their families and friends.

The different type of activities are described below. You just need to click on the subscription button, and you’ll receive your participation tickets with QR code by email.

Subscription Fee:

One person younger than 14 years on the date of event: 5€
One person as of 14 years on the date of the event: 15€
One duo on one motorbike: 20€
Donation fee (*): per 10€
A free drink and snack is included in the fee
Extra insurance is foreseen for bikers, motor drivers have their own insurance
For the guided tours, guides will show you the way in a secured way.
Bike support is foreseen in case of technical problems.
A group will not be greater than 25 people.
A special gift is foreseen for all kids
